US customer here. I apologize that I can’t troubleshoot this in the forum’s primary language.

When we plugged it into a micro USB, we got a short burst of sound, no lights, and the IC (IC7) got very hot. That was at 4.2 amps. We figured that might be too much.

We tried 1.0 amps on both micro USB and mini USB, lights came on, but got a clicking noise, and IC7 got very extremely hot, but less quickly.

We plugged it into the computer’s USB, it said „System Starts“, lights did not come on, and IC7 got extremely hot.

If the power is the issue, is there a specific power level that the device wants, or does it seem like I am dealing with a defective device?

Typo: the first one was 2.4 amps, not 4.2.

    Hello,
could it be that your temp sensor is installed the wrong way ?
