LED Nixie M clock constant beeping

I bought the LED-Nixie-M with NixieCron LED Basic Cronios 2 for Christmas. When I connected it the clock works just fine except the ticking sounds is constant and very fast and never stops. It’s ticking something like 100 times a second. Everything else works on the clock at the normal speed.

Additionally, the holes for the number plates were extremely tight and I quickly broke 2 of the 0 plates. I ordered a replacement set of plates, but was only sent 1 set of 0-9. I need to get another 0 plate only please.

this is trange. The Clock normaly is NOT ticking at all.
What soft Version is on it ?

Maybe there is a Hardware error.

I had previously upgraded to 203 and did factory reset. I upgraded to 204 now and did reset, still the constant stream of ticking.

oje – das hört sich nicht gut an – keine Ahnung was das sein könnte. SharkKQ hat netterweise ein Video vom Problem hochgeladen. @ Vanessa – schau Dir das mal an, hört sich an wie eine verkehrte Schleife bei der Tonausgabe. Die anderen Eingaben, sowie auch die Tonausgaben klingen ja irgendwie richtig…

ach übrigens, mir fällt auch auf, dass die Scheiben ziemlich unschön stehen, also so verwaxelt. Vermutlich sind die beiden Boards sehr straff verschraubt. SharkKQ hat auch ein paar Scheiben geknackt, ich denke mal das kommt von einer gewissen Verspannung. Möglichst alle Hutmuttern einmal lockern und dann die Scheiben ausrichten. Hutmuttern nur handfest ziehen. Keinesfalls Werkzeug benutzen.

Hallo Folker,
er hat die 2.04 Soft eingespielt. Die Nixie-Soft macht keine solchen Beep-Geräusche. Auf dem Video hört sich das für mich nach dem Out-Signal für die WS2812 an. Evtl. liegt hier ein Harwaredefekt vor.
Wenn man den Parameter S auf Standart lässt, leuchtet die grüne LED auf dem Kontroller im selben Tackt.
Sein Problem mit den Scheiben ist ihm bewusst 🙂

Also wenn es die Soft wäre, würde jeder dieses Pfeifen haben.
