Are all foils removed and the individual numbers cleaned? Are all LEDs among the numbers lit? Usually there are no differences in brightness. Usually there are no shadows at all. Maybe you can add a little pikture./Vanessa

Yes the foil / plastic has been removed so it is not that side in the way of the light,
The problem is well in the accuracy of the material, because even though it is laser cut, 1/10 mm inaccuracy is very much in the holes that the led should light up through?
It is fascinating that you can cut so thinly via laser technique, but since it is collected by a fine plus 2 boad, inaccuracies may well arise.
Have tried to slow down the display but it has not helped and they are just as difficult to remove again after it is inserted.
